Warranty Periods
All TOUGH MOVE cases purchased in Australia or New Zealand, on or after 4th July 2022, come with a minimum limited manufacturer’s warranty for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase (“Limited Warranty”). 1 year means 365 calendar days calculated from the date of purchase listed on the original purchase receipt. If the original purchase receipt is not available, 1 year shall mean 365 days calculated from the date of the original manufacture.
Limited Lifetime Warranty means the market life of the relevant TOUGH MOVE Product. As long as the TOUGH MOVE Product is still trading as Tough Move Australia and replacement parts remain available with Tough Move Australia (if purchased in New Zealand), the relevant TOUGH MOVE Product remains covered by the Limited Lifetime Warranty. In the event that the TOUGH MOVE Product is manufactured only in Australia when a warranty claim is made in New Zealand (or vice versa), you will be liable for any international shipping costs for the product/replacement part/s and those costs will only be incurred with your express permission.

Limited Warranty and Limited Lifetime Warranty – Australia
Subject to the limitations and exclusions set out in paragraph 5 below, Tough Move Australia, as the manufacturer and distributor of Tough Move products in Australia, will repair defects in materials and/or workmanship in a product or replace the faulty product with an identical product (and/or pay compensation), provided that:
- the Tough Move product is still within its relevant warranty period;
- you cover the cost of shipping charges to and fromTough Move Australia’s service facility; and
- you are the original purchaser and present your original proof of purchase.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
In all cases, Tough Move Australia will fairly assess and determine whether repair, replacement or refund is appropriate in respect of any claim you make.
Each of the Limited Warranty and Limited Lifetime Warranty is in addition to and does not limit any rights of a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law against the relevant product’s manufacturer, supplier and/or retailer.
